Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict no return policy.

No Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

Damaged Product Policy

In case you receive a damaged product, you must follow these steps:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

  2. The video must show the sealed package being opened.

  3. If the product is damaged, contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

Important Conditions

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • The video must clearly show the entire unboxing process.

  • If the damage claim is verified, we will provide a replacement of the same product.

Refunds are not applicable.
